Parking  Top

The parking meters along Ashland Ave run from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm every day, including Sundays. Fifteen minutes of parking is 25 cents ($1 per hour). Parking is also available in the neighboring side streets. However, be mindful of the Cubs Night Baseball Game restrictions (see below) on parking.

2009 Cubs Night Parking Restriction: On the following dates, parking on the neighborhood side streets is for residents only from 5:00pm to 10:00 pm:

  • April 19, 21, 22, 30
  • May 4, 12, 13, 25, 28, 30*, 31
  • June 16
  • July 2, 6, 7, 11*, 12, 27, 28
  • August 11, 12, 25, 26, 29*, 31
  • September 1, 14, 15, 16, 29, 30
  • October 1, 3*

Public Transportation  Top

The CTA offers several options. The church is less than 1/2 a mile east of the Brown Line's Irving Park station. Also, the #9 Ashland and the #80 Irving Park buses make stops in the vicinity.
